Upload your publication

We receive and expose publication in Adobe PDF format. In case of any problems with this format, we are able to help you with conversion. Send us your publication as MS Word document or PostScript and we'll do the conversion to PDF.

The publication should be one PDF file, including pictures, tables, graphs, etc. and max file size is: 10M!

IMPORTANT: Please keep predicted OEJV layout while preparing your paper. Keep the same design including fonts, heading, tail of page and references. Here you can download template OEJV issues in MS Word and LaTeX format.

While submissing conference proceedings to OEJV, please type the following sentence to first page of the publication.:
The scientific content of the proceeding contributions has been refereed by the conference proceedings editors, not by the OEJV editorial board.

The content of the paper will be read by the editors, and those papers which receive 75% or more of positive votes will be accepted.

Language of the paper depends on the author, but the abstract and figures description is required in English.

Papers already published (or waiting to be published) in other freely accessible journals should not be submitted.

The OEJV is registered as on-line continuous journal: ISSN 1801-5964.
